Upcoming Classes at Scrap Your World!!!

We have a busy line up of classes coming your way over the next few weeks!!

For starters, due to the hectic week we have had, we are postponing Christine Campbell's layout class to Sat, Dec 11 from 2-4pm. Cost for this class is $25. There are still a few spots left so sign up today! For this class all you need is a paper trimmer, adhesive, 1 vertical picture and 1 horizontal picture.

On Saturday, Nov 27, Christine Campbell will be teaching a December Daily Album class. The class will cost for this class is $40 and you will be making an album to record all the happenings of your Holiday Season, from Dec 1-25. For this class you will need scissors, paper trimmer, crop-o-dile if you have one, adhesive (liquid, and glue dots).

Cindy Stevens will be teaching a Beginner Class on Wednesday, December 1 from 6:30-9pm. The first part of this class she will explain the basics of scrapbooking and introduce you to a few "tools of the trade" before walking you through a one-page layout and a simple card. All you will need for this class is a 4x6 picture, adhesive and scissors if you have them. A paper trimmer will be available for class use.

We also have 2 more classes in the works: a gorgeous mini album made from 1 sheet of cardstock, and a gingerbread house mini album. Stay tuned for details on those!!

Upcoming Card Class!!

We are busy busy busy setting up our classes for November and December. So far we have a Layout Class coming up on November 20 from 2-4pm, and now we can add a Cards Class by Christine Campbell to the list as well!

The date of this class is being held on Saturday, Dec 4, from 2pm-4:30pm. Pre-registration is required by Dec 1, but book your spot early as space is limited. The cost for this class will be $30 and you will walk away with 4 beautiful cards at the end of the class. Most supplies are included for this class, but you will need to bring the following items if you have them: paper cutter, sharp scissors, bone folder, corner rounder, glue dots, and a glue gun (we will supply the hot glue)

1 Month Already??

Have we really been open a whole month? In the same way it feels like we've been here forever. Funny how time does that isn't it? Flies but yet feels like it doesn't move lol

Our Grand Opening was a great success! Thanks everyone for making us feel so welcome!

We have classes that will be starting this month as well! There are two wonderful, talented women who are willing to share their knowledge with you: Christine Campbell and Cindy Stevens. Welcome aboard ladies, can't wait to see what you come up with!!

Christine's first class is a Layout Class using some Cosmo Cricket products and the new I-Rock tool! This class will be held on Saturday, November 13 from 2-4pm. Preregistration is required. The cost is $25 and must be paid by Nov 10, 2010. For this class you will need your scrapbooking basics: cutting tools, adhesive of your choice and 2 pictures-preferably 1 horizontal 5x7 and a vertical 4x6, but any size is workable. This class is suitable for beginner to intermediate scrapbookers. Register now while space lasts! Below is a sample of what you will be doing.
